Hi there we live in athol northern southland and we are looking to start our own bussiness. we have 40odd acares and would be keen to know if you can identify a gap in your farmers market we could look at producing etc. at present we have Canadian elk on our farm i have in the past done organic meat chickens known as neo organics and pork.
