Our Goulter’s family vinegar business is based in Nelson. We are vinegar specialists and have been making vinegars and other innovative vinegar based products for 44 years.

Four years ago we decided to put our family name Goulter’s forward as the branding for our vinegars. Since then we have grown throughout NZ and sell countrywide in various stores and organic shops.

Our Goulter’s organic apple cider vinegar was endorsed at the NZ Food awards in 2016 and since then we have grown a strong following. We also sell a delicious kiwifruit vinegar as well as a totally natural housecleaner called Citrogar. We have also developed and produce a natural vinegar herbicide called WeedX which is EPA approved.

All our products are totally natural/organic vinegar based, environmentally friendly and ethical plus effective and affordable.

We recently launched our new organic ACV dietary supplement last November, the only organic one available in NZ. We love what we do in Nelson, creating honest eco-friendly vinegar products.

Our Story
Goulter’s Vinegar Products is proud to say we are a family run business based in Nelson. The company is based around the expertise of the proprietor Tim Goulter who has 44 years’ experience as a wine and vinegar maker.

Tim established Goulter’s Vinegar Company in 1997. Charlie (Uncle Tim’s nephew) along with Trish his South African born wife joined the family business in 2014. It is safe to say that vinegar runs in the families veins! We are the first NZ company to produce a variety of products using vinegar Why? Because vinegar has so many natural health benefits .
