4 And 20 Bakery is based in Remuera, Auckland. We import our own organic flours and we make everything from scratch.
We specialise in Organic Sourdoughs, a process that takes 2 days to make a loaf. The doughs are fermented for up to 18 hours which helps break down the glutens and make the bread much gentler and easier for us to digest.
We also make a range of pastries, cakes, biscuits, sandwiches, salads, quiches and many more delicious things to eat.
We are open Tuesdays-Sundays.
