Earthbridge is an eco-haven in the Southern Coromandel Ranges.

We have created an earthhouse and are off-grid, generating our own power.

Our eco cottage accommodation, whilst following a good kiwi pragmatism, heads off into colourful art; a delightful merge for a restful space. We host according to the needs of our guests.

Our Story

Our journey lead us to this land in 2001, a private haven in the Southern Coromandel Ranges. We have covenanted bush, farmland, timber trees and orchards, on 35 ha. Retiring sensitive land previously farmed, planting thousands of trees and teaching organics has been part of our daily lives. Our ecological approach to the land lead us to design using permacultural principles.

Things To Do Nearby

Mountain biking on the Hauraki Rail Trail, visiting the world renowned Karangahake Gorge, summer swimming in our valleys mountain streams or hiking along historic gold and timber trails - be active or find a place to relax. Rock climbing or finding the perfect photographic capture of our nearby Coromandel classic, volcanic ancient history. Winter provides its own secluded pleasures, holed up with a book in front of a lovely fire, good for your soul. You could head off to a nearby choice of hot mineral pools, or relax in our own outdoor bath gazing at the stars. Stay close to reconnect.
